Yes indeed. Another example of a poorly run, cash strapped city that is in dire need for additional revenue (except job creation of course- that's to much trouble to do). to satisfy their appetite for foolish spending. Now, we are down to raping the citizens over the coals for water bill increases, exhorbatant impound lot fees, fines levied for paint peeling off of houses, pay your own way if you want your street paved (gas tax money misuse) increases in garbage collection, assuring that ALL citizens pay into the income tax base by making it mandatory to file whether you have income or not, jacking up the city income tax rates, taxing the citizens with a safety levy, then adding to the police and fire funds with this little program, constant fed handouts in lieu of implementing normal city revenue collections.....and on and on it goes, scraping by looking for every penny that fell on the floor. How inept are these people at managing money?

Also noticed that the lot is located by the building (with the asbestos) to be torn down (using the Russ Carolus school of shell game financial magic as he juggles the funding using three different funds, allegedly illegal, right?) And just where will the impound lot be moved as they demolish this building?

I'm so proud of my hometown and what it has become. Recall 'em all. Let's start over.

Wonder how the person working the lot feels about working in all that "polution"? Gosh, I hope they don't file a law suit against the city

Sounds like they will have to get in line for that law suit
