drowsy Ridge is not a public course, neither is it subsidized. However, the town is engaged. Orem supplied the land and water usage and Holt and his colleague constructed the infrastructure and clubhouse to the melody of $12 million. They have a 40-year lease in which Holt can try to recoup his investments rent-free. After the lease is up the whole course and clubhouse pertains to Orem city.
