Towne Mall owners can't pay their landscaper how in the world are they going to come up with money to renovate the place. Joseph Mulligan filed a mechanic's lien against Towne Mall owners for $18,657.43 on behalf of Complete Lawn Specialists Inc. |

Anyone see what these landscapers have done to the Towne Mall to warrant a bill for $18 thousand bucks? I haven't noticed any earth-shattering upgrades to the landscaping around the mall. Certainly not a huge amount of grass to cut either. Mostly island grass and bushes. Perhaps payment has been withheld due to some disagreements between the parties. We don't know if it's a cash flow problem for the owners or another issue altogether, do we? Sometimes you get a lousy job when you contract with someone. Then you withhold payment until they do it correctly, right? ------------- I'm so proud of my hometown and what it has become. Recall 'em all. Let's start over. |
