Wow squeemy, those were some impressive mall pictures. We need to know what they did with the land. To see if they had some successful "reinventions" of the areas or what worked for them. Maybe we should send in the wreaking ball.
But we do need a working plan.not just a wing and a prayer like the present council seems to follow.
