 Ok, this woman was acting rather bizzar when Middletown Police took her into custody. No one knows why she was wearing the costume. I've always said it.Middletown will be known for putting out people such as Jerry Lucas,Cris Carter,Jeff Cothran,Todd Bell,and many others,and then.........the lady in the cow suit. How can you not love Middletown?lol
