Atrium Medical Center, purchased Southwest Ohio Ambulatory Surgery Center’s 10,400-square-foot building at 295 N. Breiel Blvd. in Middletown for $2 million this week. The network has acquired the building and equipment of the practice, which provides general and multi-specialty surgery, has been in operation since 1997.
