Middletown Senior Center's 4th Annual Health Fair

Friday, April 24th from 10am-2pm

Are you connected? Come get connected to a variety of health-related resources!  Screenings include; blood pressure, blood sugar, A1C, cholesterol, BMI, health counciling and more.

Free and open to the public.
