COUNCIL COMMENTS

 

LEGISLATION

1. Ordinance No. O2015-57, an ordinance authorizing a collective bargaining agreement with the International Association of Firefighters, Local #336 for the years January 1, 2015 through December 31, 2017 and declaring an emergency.

2. Ordinance No. O2015-58, an ordinance establishing a procedure for and authorizing a contract with Polydyne, Inc. for the purchase of polymer for use at the Waste Water Treatment Plant for the year 2016. (2nd Reading)

3. Resolution No. R2015-38, a resolution to make adjustments to appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures of the City of Middletown, Counties of Butler and Warren, State of Ohio, for the period ending December 31, 2015 and declaring an emergency. (Mandatory Drug Fine Fund)

4. Ordinance No. O2015-59, an ordinance creating a Designated Outdoor Refreshment Area, establishing requirements to ensure public health and safety within such area and declaring an emergency.

5. Ordinance No. O2015-60, an ordinance establishing a procedure for and authorizing a contract with Innovative Software Services, Inc. for municipal income tax software, and declaring an emergency.

6. Ordinance No. O2015-61, an ordinance establishing a procedure for and authorizing an amendment to a contract with Barrett Paving Materials for additional work on the 2014 Local Street Improvement Project and declaring an emergency. (No action requested until November 17, 2015)

7. Ordinance No. O2015-62, an ordinance establishing pay ranges, pay policy and benefits for various salaried and hourly classifications within the service of the City. (1st Reading)

8. Ordinance No. O2015-63, an ordinance establishing pay ranges and certain benefits for employee classifications in the Middletown Department of Health and Environment. (1st Reading)

9. Ordinance No. O2015-64, an ordinance to amend Chapter 890 and enact Chapter 891 of the Middletown Codified Ordinances regarding municipal income tax. (1st Reading) 10. Ordinance No. O2015-65, an ordinance establishing a procedure for and authorizing an extension of the current contract with Smartbill Ltd. for the printing and mailing of water bills. (1st Reading)

11. Ordinance No. O2015-66, an ordinance amending Sections 1042.02, 1042.05 and 1042.06 of the Middletown Codified Ordinances establishing water rates. (1st Reading) 12. Resolution No. R2015-39, a resolution to make appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures of the City of Middletown, Counties of Butler and Warren, State of Ohio, for the period ending December 31, 2016.
