COUNCIL COMMENTS

LEGISLATION

1. Ordinance No. O2016-15, an ordinance authorizing amendments to the collective bargaining agreement with the International Association of Firefighters, Local #336 for the years January 1, 2015 through December 31, 2017 and declaring an emergency.

2. Ordinance No O2016-16, an ordinance authorizing the City Manager to enter into an agreement for electric generation supply with a competitive retail electric service provider, and declaring an emergency.

3. Ordinance No. O2016-17, an ordinance enacting and adopting the 2014 and 2015 supplements to the Codified Ordinances of the City of Middletown, Ohio.
