The Butler County Board of Elections mailed 1,400 ballots to voters on the first day of early voting in the November 7, 2017 General 

Election and has sent over 1,700 more since. Vote-by-mail requests are driving up over all early voting turn out, which is up 46 percent over the same point in the November 2015 general election cycle. A total of 4,173 ballots have been requested, including vote-by-mail ballots, in-person voting, Uniformed Military and Overseas Citizens ballots and nursing home residents. 

"We saw a significant jump in vote-by-mail requests in the first week of early voting," noted Director Diane Noonan. "Voter interest continues to trend higher for this November's election."

anyone attend the candidate forum last night?
heard that the lady judge hopefuls were pretty testy with each other and Sherron was caught between them
heard nothing of the Council hopefuls

Understand that four of five council candidates were present.  Missing was MiddletownUSA poster Roy Gordon.

All four - NO NEW TAXES when asked.
