It's likely that Doug Adkins will silence the wrecking ball and curtail his penchant for leveling former Ward 2 homes.  He and Kyle Fooks have had nearly $14 Million at their disposal over the past 8.5 years and there's not much to show for it except scattered empty lots.  There's also a number of stalled "downtown" re-development deals to add to the mix. There has to be something illegal about the city to continue to give her money to set up her businesses. She is back in her hometown and living fine.
