Library wall missing?

   Does anyone know what happened to the library's block fence that ran down Broad Street between the parking lot and the sidewalk?  It was in the same style as the building. I don't know how long it's been gone, I just noticed it recently.  It was a nice looking wall, it looks naked now without it.

	Got to be an issue with panhandlers and druggies sitting on the wall all day pestering people.
