City Council To Hold Public Hearing

Middletown City Council Hearing

Pursuant to Chapter 1266.03(b) of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Middletown, notice is hereby given that the Middletown City Council will hold a public hearing on the 21st day of February, 2012 at the 5:30 P.M. City Council meeting held in the Council Chambers on the lower level of the City Building, One Donham Plaza, Middletown, Ohio on the following:

City Planning Commission’s recommendation on a Planned Use Modification to construct a 216 unit multi-family development on 22.00 acres of land on South Towne Blvd., located on the west side of Towne Blvd., between Lefferson Road to the north and Hendrickson Road to the south.

Interested persons may appear and be heard at the time and place so stated.
