I was at the Pendleton Art Center " Open House " last Saturday and I was so impressed with Jim Verdin. He was a regular guy and straight to the point. Jim didn't sugar coat anything. I believe he is a Very Special person with Great Vision and Loves to share, what he can do to help. He has Middletown in our Best Interest. He does NOT want us to fail. If his Art Centers helped 4 other communities in Great Need, I believe Pendleton Art Center can help Middletown. I am so excited! The food that was served was very good and was donated by our own Melody with " All About You Catering " here in Middletown. The Cakeballs melted in your mouth ~ extremely Yummy! Melody will have a Corner Cafe near the entrance of the Pendleton Art Center. This will add to pleasure of coming to see the artist at work. I for one am looking forward to everything this Center will bring to Middletown. I LOVE the " HOOD " idea as the outside deco of the building. Jim explained how that came about and I think it works! In my heart I honestly believe Jim Verdin has a Wonderful Insight. This is a case of Build it and they will come ~ I look forward to the Positive Change.
