LEGISLATION
1. Resolution No. R2011-12, a resolution to make adjustments to appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures of the City of Middletown, Counties of Butler and Warren, State of Ohio, for the period ending December 31, 2011. (Appropriations Transfer- General Fund and Transit Fund) (Second Reading)
2. Resolution No. R2011-13, a resolution authorizing the City Manager to submit a grant application and enter into a grant agreement with the Ohio Bureau of Justice and declaring an emergency.
3. Ordinance No. O2011-27, an ordinance accepting the selection for the Audio/Visual/Information Technology bid proposed for the Greentree Health Science Academy and declaring an emergency.
