Miami University Regionals Students Plan Community BookFest for Children
Monday, April 10, 2017 11:28:00 AM - Middletown Ohio

A student led organization at Miami University Regionals’ Middletown Campus, Circle K, invites the community to attend the annual BookFest on Saturday, April 22 from 12 p.m. – 3 p.m. in Johnston Hall’s Hawk Haven.  This event is free and open to the public.

The mission for BookFest is to put books back into the community and into the hands of local children. More than 7,000 books will be available for children of all ages and all reading ability levels, and families are encouraged to take home a bag of books for their children. Refreshments will be served, and Disney characters will be present for children to have their pictures taken with.

For more information contact, Maryah Martin at marti221@miamioh.edu. Miami University Regionals’ Middletown Campus is located at 4200 N. University Blvd.
