Monday, April 29, 2019 1:51:41 PM - Middletown Ohio

Penn Station East Coast Subs Opens In Monroe

Penn Station East Coast Subs will open a new restaurant at 1304 State Rt. 63 in Monroe on Wednesday, May 1.

The restaurant is owned by John Doyle, who also owns eight other Penn Station restaurants in the Cincinnati area. Doyle was one of the first Penn Station franchisees and has owned Penn Station restaurants for more than 30 years.

“I’m excited to open a new Penn Station restaurant and continue growing with the brand,” Doyle said. “After 35 years, I still believe in Penn Station, and I know we offer the best sandwich on the market. We’re excited to bring Penn Station to Monroe.”

Cincinnati-based Penn Station East Coast Subs serves an assortment of hot and cold deli sandwiches, including the chain’s renowned Philadelphia cheesesteak sandwich, wraps and salads made to order with high-quality ingredients. The menu also includes fresh-cut fries, hand-squeezed lemonade and chocolate chunk cookies baked daily in the restaurant. Penn Station offers eat-in dining, carry out and catering.
