Contest Details and Rules
What Is It:
The January Middletown Trivia Contest is sponsored by Bailey's Cheesecakes and is based on trivia about Middletown, Ohio and the community.

The Prize:
Bailey's Cheesecake's will donate a Valentine's Day cheesecake valued at approximatedly $30 to be given to the winner, as deemed by MiddletownUSA.com.

How To Enter:
Entering the contest is simple. All you need to do is be a MiddletownUSA.com Forum member (Join Here) and answer as many trivia questions as you can from January's Trivia Contest. The contest consists of 10 questions, each with a time limit ranging from 1-3 minutes but the questions can only be answered in order, and you must answer each question correctly in order to move onto the next. If you correctly answer all 10 questions, you will be given a bonus question which is worth 2 entries.

How Many Entries Can I Have:
It is possible to have 12 contest entries if you answre all 10 contest questions and the bonus question correctly.

How Will The Winner Be Chosen:
The winner will be randomly selected by a computer from all contest entries.

When does the contest run:
The contest will run from January 4rd, 2010 12:01 PM until January 31, 2010 at 11:59 PM.

Contest Rules:
  1. The contest is open to all Legal US Residents over the age of 18 who currently reside in one of these Ohio counties: Butler, Hamilton, Montgomery, Preble, or Warren. Identification must be produced on request. Employees of MiddletownUSA.com and such employees' immediate family members and persons with whom such employees are domiciled are excluded from this contest.

  2. The prize is not redeemable in cash and must be accepted as awarded.

  3. Prize must be claimed within 30 days of contest ending.
  4. In accepting the prize, the winner acknowledges that MiddletownUSA.com may not be held liable for any loss, damages or injury associated with accepting or using this prize.

  5. By claiming the prize, the winner authorizes the use, without additional compensation of his or her name and/or likeness and/or voice/photograph and municipality of residence for promotion and/or advertising purposes in any manner and in any medium (including without limitation, radio broadcasts, newspapers and other publications and in television or film releases, slides, videotape, distribution over the internet and picture data storage) which MiddletownUSA.com may deem appropriate.

  6. This contest is subject to all federal, state and local laws.

  7. MiddletownUSA.com reserves the right to withdraw or terminate this contest at any time without prior notice.

  8. Winners must sign a release form as prepared and accepted by MiddletownUSA.com acknowledging their acceptance and understanding of the complete contest rules.

  9. MiddletownUSA.com retains the rights, in its absolute and sole discretion, to make substitutions of equivalent kind or approximate value in the event of the unavailability of any prize or component of the prize for any reason whatsoever.
