Would love to see the reaction on the faces of the city manager and department heads within the city building upon implementation of these ideas, suggested by Mr. Kidd and Mike. Would destroy everything Gilleland is trying to build for herself.(Oh- send her packing too) Would like to see how many resignations are submitted when they saw the writing on the wall. The shock would be too great for some. Need to have similar thinking as it applies to the school board also as to mandates and a total change in the mode of operation. Now- let's get started with the ousting of the current members of Council (keep none) and School Board (keep Sauter)

Vet:
The sad thing is, all of the things in my suggested plan are either already matters of law, or plain ol' good common sense!!!
