Spider I'm with you on the location of Duncan. I'd always wondered why in the world a gas station was located so close to train tracks even when they were near the train depot. Could you imagine the fallout from a derailment in that area ? But in a way I understand Duncan wanting to be exposed to traffic but as you say the congestion will be horrible if they get any business at all. If you can't get in and out of there then there won't be any business.
