Maybe City Council changed the ordinance and forgot to tell us about it.  It seems if one of the Council wants a change it can get through very quickly and quietly.

I realize that our under-staffed police force has much more important things to do. but doesn't ANYONE at City Hall mind that one of the most obvious scofflaws in town is a city councilman?

"Honest Dave" Schiavone was one of the promoters of the infamous "Sign Ordinance" a couple of years back.  But now that HE is a small business person, it appears that he has changed his mind.  Good ol' Dave has been in VIOLATION of our fair city's Sign ordinance for what...MORE that TWO MONTHS now???

I guess that ordinance is like the Building Permit Ordinance.  They are only for NON-City officials.
