LEGISLATION

1. Resolution No. R2015-06, a resolution confirming a determination of the City Planning Commission approving a Planned Use Modification Development Plan for the construction of a 216 unit apartment complex on 22.44 acres on South Towne Boulevard (Parcel No. 07-02-176-0511) in a CPP (Commercial Professional Office) District and declaring an emergency.

2. Ordinance No. O2015-10, an ordinance authorizing the submission of an Application for Federal Assistance, a Consolidated Plan and a Projected Use of Funds, under Title I of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974, as amended for fiscal year 2015 and declaring an emergency.

3. Ordinance No. O2015-15, an ordinance authorizing the issuance of a $2,115,000 Bender Land Non Tax Revenue Bond and declaring an emergency.

4. Resolution No. R2015-04, a resolution authorizing a transfer from the General Fund to the Termination Pay Fund, the Auto & Gas Tax Fund and to the Capital Improvement Fund. (2nd Reading)

5. Resolution No. R2015-05, a resolution to make adjustments to appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures of the City of Middletown, Counties of Butler and Warren, State of Ohio, for the period ending December 31, 2015. (Termination Pay Fund and Capital Improvement Fun) (2nd Reading)

6. Ordinance No. O2015-11, an ordinance repealing Ordinance No. O2014-65, establishing pay ranges and certain benefits for employee classifications in the Municipal Court. (2nd Reading)

7. Ordinance No. O2015-12, an ordinance amending the pay ordinance, Ordinance No. O2014-63. (2nd Reading)

 

8. Ordinance No. O2015-13, an ordinance authorizing the City Manager to enter into a Cooperation Agreement to apply for membership in the Warren County Small Business Development Center. (1st Reading)

9. Ordinance No. O2015-14, an ordinance creating the positions of Payroll Administrator in the unclassified service and Computer Technician in the classified service of the City of Middletown and establishing a pay range for said positions. (1st Reading)

(g) Establishing a Contract with Univar, of Cincinnati, Ohio, for the purchase of Hydrofluosilicic Acid (HFS), in the amount of $2.71/gallon. \

h) Authorize the Purchase of Liquid Chlorine from Bonded Chemical, Columbus, Ohio, in the amount of $.73/gallon for use at the Wastewater Treatment Plant and $.85/gallon for use at the Water Treatment Plant.

CITY MANAGER REPORTS 

MOTION AGENDA

(a) Authorize a 3 Year Contract with Burch Hydro, Inc., of Fredericktown, OH, for biosolids management services at the Wastewater Treatment Plant, this contract includes two optional one year extensions (2018-2019).

(b) Authorize the purchase of a 48” Asphalt Zipper in an amount not to exceed $130,684.00.
