II. LEGISLATION

1. Ordinance No. O2013-16, an ordinance authorizing the City Manager to grant an access easement to Trustees of the Fischer Family Foundation. (2nd Reading)

2. Ordinance No. O2013-17, an ordinance authorizing a contract with Hickman Lawn Care for grounds maintenance for the three year period from 2013 through 2015 and declaring an emergency.

3. Resolution No. R2013-04, a resolution authorizing a contract with Elizabeth Ligon for the purchase of certain real property located at 42 North Main Street. (2nd Reading)

4. Resolution No. R2013-05, a resolution to release a performance bond submitted by Sawyers Mill LLC for public improvements as part of Sawyers Mill Subdivision. (2nd Reading)

5. Resolution No. R2013-06, a resolution strongly opposing the passage of HB5 by the Ohio General Assembly which proposes uniformity measures for Municipal Income Tax in the form of unfunded mandates and a substantial loss of revenue, and declaring an emergency.

6. Resolution No. R2013-07, a resolution to make adjustments to appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures of the City of Middletown, Counties of Butler and Warren, State of Ohio, for the period ending December 31, 2013. (Downtown Fund) (1st Reading)

7. Ordinance No. O2013-18, an ordinance approving an amendment to an agreement with Steam Systems, Inc. providing for the expansion of a manufacturing facility as a Development Project and Tax Exemption pursuant to the State Urban Jobs and Enterprise Zone Program, and making determination in connection therewith. (1st Reading)

8. Ordinance No. O2013-19, an ordinance approving an amendment to an agreement with Pilot Chemical Company providing for the expansion of a manufacturing facility as a Development Project and Tax Exemption pursuant to the State Urban Jobs and Enterprise Zone Program, and making determination in connection therewith. (1st Reading)

III. EXECUTIVE SESSION

Under the authority of O.R.C. 121.22 (G) (1) To consider the appointment of a public official; and (2) To consider the purchase of property for public purposes, or for the sale of property at competitive bidding, if premature disclosure of information would give an unfair competitive or bargaining advantage.
