You can also get High speed Internet Service through AT&T, Verizon, and others with a Wireless 3G or 4G Modem

As for the billing dispute just call up TWC threaten to cancel service, and chances are they will credit your bill back for those charges. Just be civil with them and don't cuss them out. In fact I got a better deal on my bill doing that.

This goes for phone company as well. If you have not called and updated your plan with the phone company, chances are you are way over paying for your phone bill. I was able to save my parents about $40 a month on their phone bill, because they were still being charged the old Ameritech Phone rates.

Lastly DO NOT sign up for Automatic billing to your Checking account. Either set it up for Manual Pay online, or Automatic Billing to a Credit Card. This way you have more control over your money and dispute questionable charges.
