Businesses, developers and land owners on the east end of Middletown, around the Premier Health Campus and Renaissance developments are meeting to assist the city in coming up with a “Brand Identity” for the area around I-75. The meeting is scheduled later this month and is a continuation of the “East End/Renaissance Area Master Plan to help guide development around the area.
The city of Middletown has entered into an agreement with Freedman, Gibson & White, Inc. (aka Focus/FGW) with the financial support of several east end key stakeholders. Focus/FGW will help guide the city through the process which will include:
- interviews with representatives from partner entities to gain consensus on key target audiences and the key message
-Development of a strategic position document to guide the creative development (i.e. what is going to make the corridor unique)
- Development of a name, graphic logo and tagline options for selection by the steering committee
