   1. Ordinance No. O2010-01, an ordinance creating the position of Special projects Manager in the Middletown Municipal Court and declaring an emergency.

Anyone have any idea what a Special Projects Manager is ?? And why the city needs one ? And why is it so important it's an emergency ? 

Sounds like more bureaucratic bull to me. Another flunky on the payroll.

	Hermes- this might be an interesting question to ask Council and, specifically, Gilleland at the council meeting tonight. Might want to ask the salary and a brief overview of the job description as well as the justification for this new position- PARTICULARLY since they are laying people off.

	Another "EMERGENCY" legislative matter ?? When will City Council speak out and tell the City Manager to stop her procedural "smoke and mirrors" maneuvers ??
