	From my observations of the evidence presented the cat, and from here on will be referred to as MENACE has deliberately caused the TV/monitor to fall directly onto the subjects head and as you will see then causes the standing guitar to fall in a guillotine like action barely missing the subject. The perpetrator, aka MENACE shows a total lack of regard and exhibits no emotion nor concern what so ever towards it's intended victim. I therefore find that the cat, aka MENACE is guilty on all charges and shall be sentenced for no less than 5 days without toys, given only food & water and some treats. Case closed !
