On Monday, April 19, 2010 and on the 21st from 6:30pm – 8:30pm Towne Athletic Club will be offering free ladies self defense classes. The classes are free and taught by an expert. To find out more see the flyer below. |

Hey Mike....do you think they would take offense at a bunch of us "slightly" over-weight, wrinkeled old farts showing up in "wife beater" T-shirts and Speedos to take the classes? Might be a great photo op for us in the Journal as well!
